Therapeutic massage - Dimensional, intuitive, and evidence-based sessions uniquely tailored to each individual drawing on several modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, connective tissue release, CranioSacral therapy, and lymphatic massage. 60 minutes / $90 — 90 minutes / $120
CranioSacral Therapy - A light touch approach that focuses on the central nervous system to help release tensions deep within the body to relieve pain and dysfunction, and improve whole body health. 60 minutes / $90
Lymphatic Massage - Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a specialized massage technique specifically designed to support your lymph system. Not only does it have therapeutic benefits; it is very gentle, calming, and relaxing. MLD is also effective for post surgical swelling and for managing symptoms of lymphedema. (Certified by Klose Training) 60 minutes / $90 — 90 minutes / $120
Child Massage - How we are touched as children matters greatly. Massage is a profound but simple way to offer an unconditionally safe, and nurturing touch to children. 30 minutes / Please inquire
Elder Massage - Compassionate therapeutic massage for elders. (Please contact Darcy directly in cases where mobility is an issue)
60 minutes / $90 — 90 minutes / $120Deep massage - Lauterstein Method — A method of manual therapy that consciously contacts both structure and energy to help facilitate healing from deep within the muscles. This is not a typical ‘deep tissue massage’, however, it is powerfully and deeply effective. 90 minutes / $120
